Dear Dr do you have a video or advise on healing 6 nerve palsy? What I can do to heal. I don’t know why I got it yet although I did have an episode of hypertension , which was new to me. All CT’s and MRI were, fine cholesterol up a bit.

Everyone, you don't need to literally put your legs up against a wall at a 90 degree angle. Just elevating the legs is the point. You can just lie down next to the bed with the legs up on that, or stack pillows on the bed and elevate them. So don't worry about replicating the image shown. If you can do that, great. If not, the elevation still works.

I naturally did this as a child every night as soon as I went to bed and loved the way it felt and would turn around and get under the covers just as I was falling asleep. That was over 60 years ago! I’ll try it tonight

I did it for all my pregnancies especially near the end for swollen ankles. Worked like a charm but I probably didn't do it enough cuz I have a lot of spider veins, like tons

This is by far the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. I'm sleeping so much better! My legs feel so much less congested and I have not had nighttime leg cramps since starting this. I do it for 30 minutes every night. Thank you so much. It has been life-changing for me,

Be sure to use a timer!! In my early 20s I tried this, fell asleep, and awoke with my entire lower torso numb!! I rolled off the bed onto the floor but it took a while to subside!

LOVE ❤ legs up the wall pose ! It helps to alleviate Jet Lag too !! Did it in ITALY shortly after arrival there ,few years ago !

Before getting to bed, sit on a chair ( or you can do while lying on bed), use four fingers, no thumb) to tap gently ( not too gently), 50 times on ecah spot: top of head, between eye brows, the 2 temples, below the nostrils ( top of lips), below the lower lips ( chin) and below 2 collar bones. Tap, not massage in circular motion. TAP. Bonus: Then, on your bed, lay on your right side, use any of your right finger to close your right nostril. Breathe 20 times with your left nostril. Then Release finger and sleep. Do not eat too much salt at dinner. Eat before sleep 3 hours. Do some relaxing yoga before bed. No cell phone, no tv before bed for 2 hours. Room clean, dark, aerated. Banana, or warm milk with a pinch of ground nutmeg, boil then cool and drink. This help sleep. Eat banana or drink warm milk one hour before sleep.

I started peddling cycle, do 2 hrs at night watching TV series, every other night. Will start core 5 lb bells. Getting ready for knee surgery. Thank you for your motivation videos, blessings to you and your family.

I used to do this ALL the time. I lay on my bed and scotch up to the wall until my butt is against the wall. You'd be surprised at the relief you feel in your legs and feet when you reverse gravity on your legs. My legs swell and I have trouble with blood clots in the same leg and I feel lots better when I do this. I didn't know putting your legs up the wall had so many benefits I just knew I felt better

Try a glass of water and some magnesium before bed as well. Also I find a snack, like one egg or one banana or a palm sized portion of nuts or seeds helps in case blood sugar is an issue.

try flush niacin, and eliminate blue light exposure after sunset. get mid morning sunlight for melatomin production.
