There are a few factors in reducing anxiety naturally . One plan I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the Aghy magic method (check it out on google) definately the most incredible plan i've heard of. look at the incredible information .

I find that looking at five objects and describing them to someone else or to yourself. It's helped me through many panic attacks. Do as many as you need. Five is good for me. Describe the smell, material, color, etc.

+DobbyThe PhanElf Panic attacks are not specific in symptoms as she sort of touches on here. For me it feels like a sudden increase in heart rate and like I'm breathing in a very unusual way (taking gulps of air and exhaling quickly, with gaps in between inhales). Plus the whole anxiety and unpleasant feeling thing. A sense of need to get away.

Everyone is different so people might not all have the same symptoms but your heart beats really fast and maybe your chest might hurt, Your limbs may shake, oh over think things, you cant really talk that much, you want a lot of space and no one to touch you, you may have an emotional break down and you can't breath streight

When I was on a plane I had a major panic attack and some guy told me to think if five things I see, hear, touch, etc. it really helped me calm down and feel better but my problem is I sometimes don't use my coping skills but I have to remind myself that if I do a coping skill I'll feel better in the long run

Oh my god, you're a life saver. I owe you so much. Thank you for making this video. My panic attacks are very severe. Like, "Keep me awake for days," severe. I'm currently having a panic attack. You certainly helped a lot. My panic attacks are mostly influenced by the thought of being alone or dying. I followed all of the instructions in your video and my panic attack is nearly gone within 30 minutes of it starting. Sincere thanks, Mark.

I have panic attacks during many situations, but specially when I go to job interviews. At the last one I started crying on the form I had to fill and even threw up in the office's bathroom. A friend recomended me there I did this, I can't even begin to describe how ashamed I felt - and still feel.

This video is really helpful! thanks! One thing I'd like to point out though is that hyperventilation does not cause your brain to not get enough oxygen, it actually gives your brain too much oxygen. My counselor explained that to me recently and I found it very interesting. I hope that made sense!

Thank you for making this video. It really helped. I've begun having panic attacks in the past two months. I had anxiety before that but never experienced panic attacks aside from one episode until recently and now have to deal with them almost every other day. I hate it and wish I didn't have to go through them, but watching a video like this that reminds me I'm not in danger and able to breathe really helps me to remember how to calm down. I'm hoping they'll decrease in time with meditation/exercise and other coping skills. Again, thank you.🌸

I am deathly allergic from bees/wasps/hornet's. Ever since I was first stang two years ago and almost died. A week later I started having massive panic attacks. I was diagnosed with panic disorder. I became scared to go outside. A week ago someone told me that I should be allergic to spiders too. I just was sitting outside and I felt something slightly big crawling on my back. I whipped it away. I am now panicking. This video is really helping me calm down. Thank you.
