Ross Kananga secured the feet of three crocodiles to the shallow pond's bottom, leaving their jaws and tails free. After removing the other reptiles from the pond, Kananga attempted the dangerous cross. He slipped into the water on the first four tries, but fortunately fell out of the crocodiles snapping jaws. On the fifth attempt, he executed the stunt flawlessly.

At first I thought: Look how calm Kananga is when he just misses the last one and lands mostly on dry land - I'd be scampering my legs outa the water immediately --- and then he lands DIRECTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE POND with crocs on either side of him, and dude just holds his croc and stays still on top of it. Amazing. They shoulda shown the final take in full motion. I thought I remember it as 5 crocs (maybe they added more footsteps in post with parts of the other takes they shot?)

I, personally, love Roger Moore, but I hate how light-hearted and silly it can get. However, the boat chase in Live And Let Die was far too long and I felt that JW Pepper should have had less screen time in order for the chase to feel more "Bond." Still, I enjoyed ol' JW.

I think Goldfinger was the best Bond film, but The Spy Who Loved Me is the first Bond I saw in the theaters as a kid when it came out, and I adore it. Saw it in the theater a few dozen times then (we snuck in through the back). I don't think it's that campy at all. I think it's brilliant. Has everything a great Bond should have. And that opening with the Union Jack parachute. You have to admit, one of the best Bond openings. The underwater Lotus, Barbara Bach, Jaws, Caroline Munroe, Stromberg's 'Atlantis', the playful use of musical themes from Doctor Zhivago and Lawrence of Arabia, and who can forget the line: 'All those feathers and he still can't fly' when the motorcycle crashes through the chicken truck and plunges off the cliff. Oh, now I want to watch it again. Rest in Peace, Roger.

This is the reason why I liked this James Bond movie, the Crocodiles. 0:14 & 0:23 Judging from the looks of this Species, “2:19-2:23 Especially that was featured in the film with some Alligators.” This Species is the American Crocodile. They’re one of the several species of True Crocodiles that grow to 15 to 20 Feet in length or so. True, the Saltwater Crocodile is the Largest Crocodile ever known to be 25 Feet long, but there are also some other Large Crocodiles. There’s The American Crocodile like in Live & Let Die that are also 20 Footers. But there’s also it’s cousin The Orinoco Crocodile from Venezuela & Columbia that had a record of being 22 Feet in Length. “Although the Largest Orinoco Crocodiles today are only 16 to 18 Feet Long, but the 22 Footer is still known in one of the Record Books.” Finally there’s The Nile Crocodile that is also known to be a 20 Footer. There’s 2 more Crocodiles that are 15 to 18 Feet Long. There’s The Slender Snouted Crocodile from Africa & The Tomistoma AKA The False Gharial from South East Asia.
