I love this and appreciate the variety in using the long bands. Dunno about anyone else, but this killed my arms the next day more than my back, even though I squeezed the shoulder blades together with mind muscle connection. Any ideas as to why (aside from I got weak arms 🤣), I’m open to comments.

I am going to check off the days that I do it due to failed attempts in the past ! Day one: ✅ I am into fitness so it wasn’t that tiring all though my arms do burn .. in the good way tho haha Day two: ✅ forgot to do this yesterday oops but I am back at it Day three:✅ complete ^^ Day four: ✅ Day five: ✅ Day six: ✅ Day seven:✅ i can see my back toning up a little but this workout will probably be more than two weeks to work Day eight: ✅ i can see my arms shaping up as well(only a little) Day nine: ✅ if I could do this workout two days in a row after hour long practices that make my whole body sore (arms and legs mostly) you can too. Do not be lazy.

@@annamullen6275 wdym DID IT WORK? It will work if you stay consistent with it. You dont see changes in a day. Its not like a magic trick workout. Do it for a week and track your progress, than another week and so on.

day 1 done ✅ - was able to do it fluidly day 2 done ✅ - felt muscles stretched and some pain day 3 done ✅ - whoo how did I do on the first day day 4 done ✅ - felt my arms and shoulder a bit stronger day 5 done ✅ - excited to do it day 6 done ✅ -felt lethargic so dragged through the workout 2 days break day 7 done ✅ -was easier to do than before 4 days break day 8 done ✅ -feel easier and can do this more effortlessly now day 9 done ✅ - feels much better to do - will try lifting heavy weights day 10 done ✅ - did with heavier weights - definitely difficult thay way - but feel a difference in posture and back 2 days break (I am down 1 kg) day 11 done ✅ 3 days break Day 12 done ✅ gets easier over time!! You have got it

Please do an ab/back workout (up to you) that is low impact and no jumping. This is for my mom, and she gets in pain if she doesn't any exercise that is too tough. She can't put too much pressure on her neck and preferably her back as well. Everything else is fine. Thank you so much!

Very good workout! Didn't even imagine, that with the band the activation of muscles is different. Really felt the burn and the next day I knew what muscles I worked the day before. Been struggling to get back into doing a physical activity for a couple of years (although I nevers was athletic) but I've really wanted to gain flexibility, mobility and strenght as I'm gonna turn 30. I barely leave comments but thanks a lot for your workouts. It's all about having controled mouvements and you take jour Time unlike others who just feel like they have a plane to catch 😂. That control over the mouvement is awesome. Been doing your videos over the past two weeks. I'm going super easy on myself and yet I can feel my body getting healthier and in shape (very slowly but effectivily).Of course it goes with eating properly and I add some cardio as well. However this one did work!! And I HATE I can't show y'all my progress but in two and a half weeks I went from 2 back rolls on each side to one roll on each side with diet and exercise. 😊 2 years strong and this is the only workout that touchEd my back rolls!!!

Day 1 down! ✅ Day 2 down! ✅ couldn’t go the full 50 seconds for all exercises as I am quite sore from the first day and my usual gym workouts Day 3 skipped ❌: did a full back workout in the gym today instead Day 4 done ✅: some of the exercises are starting to get easier for sure! I swear every time I do the workout I feel liek I’m doing it wrong then I get it in the last 5 seconds right before you move onto the next exercise 😭😭

What I do is skim through the video before doing it so I can see what to expect. Maybe you can try that and try out the movements you think you may have trouble with, without resistance to get the movement correctly and then start the workout

Hello, I usually love body weight training but I developped a chronic under wrist tendonitis because of my work. I'm really desperate because I cannot do exercises wich need me to force on my right hand anymore. I still swim, but because I don't exercise as much as before I feel awful and my confidence is tumbling down. Could you one day make a video on some exercises that can be done without putting pressure on the wrist/ lower arm? Thank you so much for your content !🥰

I can really feel the burn and it seems as if my back is on fire..The combination with band is actually challenging. Really a very good exercise..

Me looking how to properly do an exercise for a back row with a dumbbell….. because I forgot if it was left arm and left leg or left arm with right leg bent and such….. came across her video. Saw all the incredible comments… Keep in mind never have I saw Lilly or her videos. Nor this one. Mkay? We following. Right. Now. The kicker… 😅 Because of the incredible feedback in the comments I started the video and following along. Me seeing the last three exercises on the floor on your stomach. And I’m 7 months pregnant 😂. I got buggeyed 😳 and decide to do them against a wall standing up 😂 but it got done! ✅ Day two tomorrow and my back feels amazing after this!! ❤
