Doing this for a week ! starting weight : 60 kgs height : 5'3 upper waist 32 lower waist 30 day 1 : DONE !!! I am so sweaty rn, im dead . It felt more like a leg workout honestly ....

Gonna do this for a week!~ Day 1:- I did this at morning and it felt tiring and heavy but I'm still going on!~ Day 2:- Did a little late(at morning) and yes- my legs felt cramped idk why-~ but I'm not giving up!~ Day 3:- Yup!~ done by morning~ and idk about changes though- well... see you tmr!~ Day 4:- Phew!~ i am sweaty already!~ btw, i'll see if there are any more changes.... Day 5:- Okay tbh- i felt my stomach has been pulled and it looks a bit tight! but no worries~. Day 6:- I did this at fr 8 am! Very late lol but i did it anyways and tmr is the last day! Woohoo~ Day 7:- Well, my stomach has been a little more fat now, but i want to do this for some more days!~... Day 8:- Geez! i had to do this after my breakfast since i woke up late! and there are some slight changes... Day 9:- I was out till late at 1 am and I just woke up at 7:30 AM and did this! And yes my stomach is getting small but it takes time... Day 10:-

I am gonna do this exercise for 1 week😅 and writing this to remind myself Day 1 - Sweaty and almost dead had half day leg hurt 😢 Day 2 - Did half workout due my both elbow injured Day 3 - Almost lost half water from my body as sweat. Exhausted as if died 😅
