Low Carb Keto Recipe: Cheese Sauce

This Low Carb/Keto Cheese Sauce is perfect over crepes, burgers, chicken, vegetables, or just about anything. It's super simple to make.
Low Carb Keto Recipe: Cheese Sauce
1/4 cup (56g) Butter
2 oz (56g) Cream Cheese, softened
2/3 cup (158 ml) Heavy Cream
8 oz (224g) shredded Cheddar Cheese (I used mild but you can use sharp)
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add cream cheese and allow to melt with butter. As the mixture melts add heavy cream and allow to heat. Mix in pepper and paprika. Add in shredded cheddar cheese and mix until cheese melts.
Serve and enjoy
Makes 8 oz (1 cup) - Per 1 oz (2 Tbsp) serving= 225 Calories; 7 g Protein; 24 g Fat; 0 g Fiber; 3 g Total Carbs; 3 g Net Carbs
