Today we are targeting the lower abs plus sneaking in that cardio with this Tri Sets workout. Each tri set includes 2 lower ab exercises and one power cardio burst. We will complete each tri set for 3 rounds before moving on to the next. No equipment is needed for this body-weight workout so just clear some space, follow along and get ready to feel the burn in those lower abs!

I really like the new space, it's kind of relaxing tones, they're not hard on the eyes. And everything is nice to see, every movement, every exercise, every muscle on her body because she plays with the color contrast. It's great for me! Bravo Heather!

Just like my mind can get bored doing the same thing over and over again, so can my body. When it comes to stay fit, variety is the key. Body adapts to the exercises you do so if you are doing the same thing, day after day, your body becomes really efficient at those moments and you stop making gains. This is why it is important to make sure I'm always challenging myself and mixing things up every few weeks. THANKS TO Heather! This is how I reach my goal!

So, I have been exercising since June of last year and this is by far my BEST one because: 1. I did this without coffee and food. In short, I fasted. 2. I planned not to exercise today because of an appointment but I was able to squeeze this in. 3. Cardio+Abs combo is my thing. 4. Your creativity is so amazing! 5. You are Heather R. and you are GOALS!!!

These tri sets really sneak up on you, especially the final set. I paired it with Week 5 Day 4 to complete my daily hour of Heather workouts. Always terrific!

I loved this one so much I just made my kids do it as one of their PE class. They hated it but they both sweat and burned some calories. I think I’ll do this again tomorrow. Thank you, Heather! I’d love to see more of these types of workouts.

great sweaty workout! thanks for your effort... Thank you for making it fun to work out again. Started with you April 2020 and next week I will taking a 25 mile hike over 2 days. Your routine has strengthened my core to hopefully be able to haul a 30 lb backpack up 5 mountain peaks.

A few of these moves were too stressful on the lower back, so just subbed some other exercises. Love the new studio!

i spent many years with workout on youtube that weren't effective fortunately THIS PERIOD IS over.With you Heather everything changed!!I discover your channel during the quarantine and i'm feeling the burn the GOOD burn!! i'm so amaze of how my body change !Thank you very much for all of these workout you are giving us .I would love to have another kettlebell workout video with instruction of how using it correctly because i'm afraid to have a wound if using incorrectly.THANK YOU AGAIN

I loved this workout and the new studio, but I wish it had a quick warm up like your other recent videos. I’m sure I’m not the only one who completes your videos first thing in the morning and need a little wake up warm up before diving into it!

I’d suggest adding one of her warmup videos to your favorites and do that before you begin this one or any of her other workouts if you feel like the warm up isn’t enough. That’s what I do and I find it helpful.
