I'm 65 and a 1/2 years young :), recently retired and I do the "Walk at Home 4000 step workout every day and also whatever workout plays after; I just continue on. These workouts are really and truly toning my body and improving my posture and well being. I also walk outside for about 4-8000 steps each day. Thank you so much for putting these Work Outs out there. I have always been super mobile and high energy but NEVER was a fan of exercise except for walking. I always pick 3 or 4 of your workouts to do each day and also walk with upbeat music. I did your muffin top workout this morning and then noticed this one, so I did it as well. I usually aim for at least 14,000 steps per day, and am usually somewhere between 15,000 and 18,000. We made a huge change in lifestyle after my husband had an MI 2 1/2 months ago. We are eating mainly vegan with some fish thrown in, so actually pescatarian. My husband is in Cardiac rehab right now, but I am in "Lucy Rehab". I have lost 22 lbs.....from 128 to 106. I am so very happy that I found you!!!!!!!!! I feel that I have a personal trainer. Thank you so much for your KZbin workouts!!!

Thank you, Lucy! It was raining when I had time for a walk. Stayed home, but I wasn't in the mood for exercise and did this workout really slowly. Without pushing myself and jogging on the spot instead of leg kicks I still took nearly 3000 steps. Lucy, what you are doing is fantastic and I'm really grateful for all your hard work.

Was not feeling well this afternoon after probably too much looking at my computer at various sites, decided to try this and boy was it a challenge for this 60yr old Grammaw with physical challenges such as Fibromyalgia, Spinal Stenosis (painful!), herniations, Scoliosis, etc., etc., and I wanted to quit at around 15minutes but kept myself going surprisingly and finished! I did this workout BAREFOOT so hoping my knees aren't killing me later but I was light on my runners run in-between exercises. TYSM LUCY❣️❣️Love and Hugs from South Texas! I’ve done this one several times and somehow I only get around 2885 steps - I swear I’m even trying to double time parts of it lol. Regardless, it’s still a big chunk of daily steps done before I even head out to work so I’m very grateful for your ability to make these fun. I tried muting you and using music but found I instantly missed hearing you - I have all day at work to listen to my music - I prefer to hear your fun self whilst doing these :).

Have been exercising with you since Covid. I stopped for a while due to surgery. I am now 4 months exercising everyday with you Lucy. I must say the little music in the background is a keeper. No longer do I have to silence you ( only because of me repeating some of your routines ). Truly enjoyable while toning and losing weight in a healthy way. I have lost about 20 lbs./ 1 stone 6 lbs. Definetly a lot more toned. Thankyou

3,142 steps!!! I was a little slow because for me this was a big workout. I haven’t worked out since 2019 right before the pandemic. I also have a herniated disc and this workout didn’t aggravate it!! I was nice and tired

Hi Lucy, I loved this workout. The whole series has been brilliant and the moves remind me of a low impact aerobics class (always love a grapevine). I love the way that you are always coming up with new content and that you don’t always only do high impact. I have found with other trainers I can end up feeling guilty if I am not doing hiit everyday and it is really good to mix it up a bit. You are looking lovely here too. Thanks Rachael

I’m so super excited that for the first time in a year , I was able to complete this wonderful 4,000steps workout and I’ve truly enjoyed it 🥹💪🏻💖🫶I’m still doing a lot of your other wonderful workouts but truly wanted to give this a try again 🫶even though my weigh in my weight went up only .6 ounces and still fighting the body fat being in 30% , (Perimenopause).I know even more that I can nail this workout video no matter what ..Even my sweet husband said that he could definitely start seeing definition in my front /ab area and my back area too ..
