14:10 you need to be careful with these types of statements. In Germany you can get in a pretty big trouble if you try to achieve a certain maximum speed, because it counts as an illegal street race, in this case against yourself. It also does not matter if you are on the Autobahn, where pretty much isn´t a speed limit.

Thats the road our 1995 fiat panda broke down during a classtrip back from italy. Our teacher thought, he could load that thing with half a ton of mamor from carrara (the stuff is just lying around there). the fiat wanted to stay in italy for ever though.

@@thedees69 True. People need to be more sensible. The autobahn is to allow people to go at whatever speed they want. There’s only a few cars the really go fast. The rest just sit in the other lanes sensibly. What I’m trying to say is, why can’t people in Britain use common sense. And for those that need to go faster then they can. But going fast is banned only max 70mph.

speed limits are all about revenue raising. A speed limit sign just tells you the number that you cant exceed without the risk of getting a fine. The Government would go broke if they weren't collecting the tax from those exceeding the subjective number on the sign. They even anticipate that income in their budget forecasts

If you come to India there are straight stretches of road which has speed limiters but no cameras or cops to look. But can be used only after 10:00pm because of the traffic. So it is like a huge Autobahn completely unrestricted.

16:36 that road is the course of the "Trento-Bondone hill climb". You are crazy to do the Garniga-Viote road with an STO 🤣 I consider that road narrow even with the motorbike 🤣
