For the record: I’m not a flexible person. At all. For half the video I couldn’t meet the full form of each exercise, but that isn’t the point. What IS the point is that I actually just hit a full split(for the first time in my life) after doing this once. Maam, you are some sort of saint.

Im going to be doing this everyday for as long as I can! Ill keep you guys updated weekly :-) Week 1: this was so nice to do!! Its super relaxing and it gets me prepared for the following workout, im super close to the ground! Just a few more weeks till im able to do the splits easily Week 2: FORGOT to update but it gets easier and easier and its still so relaxing to do before a workout. Week 3: im getting closer and closer to the ground, can’t wait to be able to fully do the splits. Also i feel way looser during the day which is really nice.

@ChenRasco-hb3pd okayy update! So ive been really consistent, (did some days on the bed at 11 Pm tho lol) i think i skipped only like 2 times. Its so great! It seems like its also good as a pre bed time stretch, i can do ALMOST a Split And i am way more flexible! Will continue and remind me guys alter 2 weeks

Started the splits journey 2 days ago, and I'm seeing improvement! I'm on my 3rd day and I'm proud of myself of how close I am! I've made my new years resolution for a couple of years to be able to do the splits but I haven't had the motivation, but I've just had the courage randomly try and I'm really happy I've started my journey! I will let you know when I've achieved my goal; the splits 🤍

I’ve been doing this since it came out and it has helped so much! I started a dance class for the first time and can actually keep up with the stretches they do :)

started this 3 days ago and thought i’d log for the record :) as someone who mainly runs, hence my leg muscles are pretty tight and not flexible. my hip mobility is 👎🏼 lol. so we’re gonna try improve. day 1: quite tricky, especially the legs up in the air. i hold the hem of my pyjama trousers because it hurts too much to actually hold the leg. still not too bad of an experience day 2: i don’t find the back bends too hard, my struggle there is trying to keep my headphones from falling off my head 😓 day 3: i defo felt a looseness in my limbs not there before. still no visible signs

I didnt see much difference in my splits but my back has become so flexible, i will do this for my back, i can do tge dance move that i was afraid to even try
