This was FAST. Super efficient. The last exercice killed my abs (I would have not be able to do another one), so it was perfect. My abs are still sore from yersterday workout. Day 7 done!

Day seven complete! Although it was so short, it was such a killer lol. Easy to do but the burning in my legs is real. I'm thinking that I might do it again. My stomach is my target area so I'm thinking that I'll do the ab workouts twice but idk yet. Good job to everyone who's participating. I believe in us!

I can't believe I lied to myself saying " it's only 7 min video go and do strength training first " I hv sweated much more in 5 min than the 1hr I was in strength training 😭
