Im binging ur channel and following along. Ive been wanting to get into yoga for a long time but have been super intimidated by so many aspects of it. Not only are these videos effective but they are easy to follow and focus on. I started episode one with so much pain and now my body is feeling much better :)

great as always! I have an issue where my feet get into a very painful cramp when i point my toes like you did in the cobra pose. Is it bad to do it with flexed feet? The cramp makes my foot freeze and I have to physically rub it out or use the floor for leverage to get it unstuck. When I go back to pointing my feet it just happens again.

13:30 these burned my elbows so badly. Not like the joint hurt but they were just so pumped I couldn’t hold it.

That was my biggest struggle with the pose too! “Zippering” the legs and such all felt comfortable, but felt a ton of tension in my elbows/triceps pulling myself up in that position
