Each exercise 4-5 sets Pull Up (Neutral grip) Cable Rows (Supinated grip) Dumbbell Bench Press (Flat or incline) Dumbbell Overhead Press (Standing) Optional: Bicep and tricep exercise

Martin something I would suggest is doing a pull movement then a push to rest the muscle a bit more. Not as a super set just to change the order you do them

If you want to build muscle this is the wrong way to go. You should put the pull and push exercises together and do two sections of the workout. It maximises how much you can build muscle.

Martin could you example why pairing muscles together (bicep, back) is better than opposing muscles? Wouldn't there be less fatigue for the second muscle that way

Knees over toes guy is who you need. Been doing his workouts for 2 years and have suffered some pretty bad ankle sprains during that time but have recovered fast and stronger each time

His physique looks no where near as good as his boyfriend leon edward's physique showing that his training style clearly isn't as effective as he claims. And leon edward's physique really isn't as great as he thinks it is.

Just to drop straight trash. 2 back movements in a row. Followed by 2 similar presses. I'd recommend u alternate muscle groups, but if u don't have much time, then just superset your pulls with push. Don't forget the arm isolation unless u want steak fries for arms like the goofy in the vid.

@@RSuave545 incline press and standing db shoulder press are two completely different movements. A db incline press is mainly for upper chest hypertrophy and a standing db shoulder press is for shoulder strength.
