I have not worked out since middle school because I told myself, I'm skinny, I don't need it (I'm almost 21 now). While I'm still a weight I'm happy with, I want to be stronger and healthier. Your videos help so much!! They are great workouts that are perfect for people getting back to working out. I find myself feeling a lot better, and I've only been doing them a week. Thank you!! I'm going to do these exercises for 5 months and come back to write down the result. ✔️👍🏻(I weigh now 69) First month ✅(I weigh 65) The second month I did not exercise on a daily basis (I weigh 63.7) Third month update (I weigh 60.9) (I added some of your cardio to my workouts and I exercised one day and rested one day) Fourth month(I weigh 59. 5) I have become losing weight with difficulty despite not eating unhealthy food, but I will last one month The fifth month was done I weigh 58 I will continue this exercise 3 times a week thanks mizi 🎉❤
