@@badass_omelette5166 there's no reason to believe that whatever guru mann is doing is 100% correct...he can also mess up a little ... and he's right to point out that bcoz bench flyes put our shoulder at maximum risk of injury due to our body's anatomy...

Mai pichle 2 mahine se push pull exercise (partially, matlab push pull leg, rest, weighted cardio, rest, repeat) kar raha hoon...gajab ka pump aata hai aur definitely strength badhta hai..👍👍..

Bhai aapke videos aur programs badiya hai aur sara programm free mai dete ho. 👌🏽 Lakin bhai yeh 5-5 ke plats kyu daal rakhe hai bench press mai. 20 ke ya 25 ke plates kyu nahi istemaal karte Aur Military press mai bhe 5-5 ke 4 plates daal rakhe the jo ke bas ek 20 ke plate se kaam chal sakta tha.
