I really admire your balance, your fluidity and I think you have wonderfully expressive and beautiful hands. I have realized through your teaching and what you are able to express without words that I can teach myself to love my own hands and make them more beautiful and expressive through gratitude and love directed to them through my calm and relaxed and appreciative thinking. Years ago as an English teacher in KS, i found a qigong book in tbe little town's public library. It was totally about The Swimming Dragon, with photos. I've been doing Swimming Dragon daily now for 3 decades. It's more full-body than this, big figure- 8 gestures, hips going one way, head turned the other, prayer- hands pressed & leading the way, deep bends to do figure 8s. Thanks!

I had a little difficulty keeping up with the overhead movements, but altogether, this was a good exercise for my waist at the lower back, where I usually feel stiffness. Thar means more practice is necessary. Thanks much!

You have exercises to heal the psoas and the inner ear (hyper sensitive). a little stressed, if I'm nervous I lose my balance a lot or only by staying on end. One day I woke up after a long period under stress and the crystals in my inner ear came out, for 3 years I have been suffering from this... I see that your inner ear is working very well! You turn your head in all directions! I believe I can heal myself by doing your exercises, but I don't know where to start. Congratulations and thank you very much!🙌🙌

The numbness may be come from circulation but also from diet. Apple cider vinegar and honey for inflammation reduction. Then as Qigong show to help body circulation these exercises
