I don't really have a fitness goal, just restless leg syndrome, and these exercises felt like heaven. And after I was done, my legs definitely weren't restless anymore 😂

Used to be pretty heavy into working out, long story short, got sick and haven't been able do anything more than climb a set of stairs once a day for a year. Ive been getting back into working out in the past monthish and this was amazing!!! Hi! My recommendation would be to focus heavily on a good sustainable diet low in trans fat and processed sugar. Consume healthy starches and don’t skip meals. Working out this hard without eating well would only increase your body’s tendency to lose weight. You can also have drinks! Make things link peanut butter shakes, banana and oats shakes, etc. You can do this!!!
