Thank you for explain in details. A lot "false teachers" here in Americas just know the basic and according to you this is not enough to take benfits from Pranayam, I had lucky to find your channel. Thank you. Ps : I am Brazilian and I have just start to use yoga for helping me in sports and mental heathy!!!!

I watched so many yoga teachers teaching. By far you are the best teacher . The way you explain every little thing draws my attention to one and only your channel. Others are good too. Appreciate all the teachers and thankful. I shared yours to so many. I believe in either do it right or or don’t do it. Your teaching makes me more passionate towards yoga. This is very clear and understandable class. All of them! Grateful for all this sharing knowledge deeply connected to the roots of Yoga tradition, philosophy. Question about this Kand point: this is the same point as in Dao tradition called Dan Tian? I'm so happy that you mention this very IMPORTANT information about Kumbaka location in yoga context! It's the first time I see this in yoga, that's very rare. Again, thank you for your effort, You are a great teacher who lifts a spirit of truth in this yoga journey ! Namaste 🙏

just came across a video which says that we have been breathing wrong , we should expand our belly when we breathe in and the belly should contract when we breathe out . and now i was learning how to do prananyaama and nadishodhana and felt a mess cause i did not know how to do it your video has helped me i am so happy that i could find it thanksss a lot !!

Prashant, barely six months after starting to use your suggested Naadi shuddhi P Yaama. All of my upper body parts are becoming incredibly strong. Such a simple approach, my goodness. I saw your video about nadi shodan, You said that we have to do without pillow like is writed on the ancient texts. In this video, you say that we have to do with pilow, to have the belly open, I understand why. So what do think about the exlication of the ancient texts?

Generally my belly comes out when i inhale but when i sit to do the practise ,sitting straight ,my belly goes inwards as i inhale which is not right as u said..what to do? I am confused..please reply..🙏🙏

Can you teach paranya breathing exercises for old people who have done open heart surgery and have low lung capacity and want to improve their breathing. I heard some paranaya exercises are dangerous for people with open heart surgery. There’s no proper information on it.
