I appreciate this channel...just by doing Nobadaddiction's and Chloe Ting's workout at home I lost 13 kg ...but above all consistency is the key ...I started my weight loss journey in January 2021, so whoever is starting their journey please be patient and don't give up.

Agree that the number of calories is exaggerated. Around 500. Nice workout otherwise. But please do not advertise it as 1000 calories.

Loved this one. I’ve got to work around a diastasis recti, so have to modify/skip crunches or planks since those make it worse, but there weren’t too many I had to change in this. Got gooood and sweaty. 😅

Tried the workout, more like 500ish calories for me, but still nice. There were too many times where my heartbeat went down too far. Better to take a couple of breaks here and there but go explosive with the movements!

As long as ypu keep moving I learned the hard way that everyday I won't be able to go all out because it leads to injury. But you know what as long as you move everyday that is all that matters. Just give it your absolute best because remember your lapping everyone on the couch. Lol

Thanks for sharing. This makes me feel better since I didn’t burn 1000 calories either mostly because it’s hard for me to get my heart rate up and keep it up. I think calorie burn may depend on biological factors, effort, and fitness levels. 🤔. Either way, good job 👏 for working out today 😊

@@jennylove2746 No workout can predict how many calories you'll burn. Way too many factors to consider. Honestly, it's hard to know how many calories one burnt. I know fitness trackers give you a number but I would not consider those to be accurate.

@@jennylove2746 especially since if your heart rate goes below 115, it doesn't count it as exercise. And we all know that those flopr moves, no matter how low our heart rate, gets still counts as exercise and burns quite enough calories.

A nice energizer to start the day. I won't say that I get particularly tired, because the intensity is rather moderate, but the exercises are fun. The only thing missing is a little more shoulder exercises

Yeah, they all keep saying that... Someone my size (55kg), female would only burn around 400 calories for 1H HIIT workouts like these. edit: I actually burned just under 300 calories, and I didn't stop in the 15s breaks between exercises. An enjoyable, fun workout, nonetheless.

On Vacay good hotel workout...I am a fitness instructor etc. So I only burned 300 calories but good overall conditioning workout before Disneyland. Thank you for posting.

1000 calorías no, pero si 323 , excelente rutina. Se divide en tres circuitos de 20 minutos, el primero trabaja más las piernas , el segundo ejercicios de cardio y fuerza y el tercero trabaja más abdominales y burpees y planchas, gracias, me encantó. ❤😘😘

@@sof2137 no se quema tanto. En una hora de ejercicio muy intenso, poniendo las pulsaciones al máximo, se queman como mucho 500 . Para quemar 1000 calorías se deben hacer como 2 horas de ejercicio muy intenso.

Honestly...I dont like those titles like "burn 1000 calories in hour" cause its only a clickbait for people who are too naive and they think they really can burn so many calories but when i have freer day i prefere these types of videos, its fine and for beginners i think its a great workout. :)

Hola!! Si te duelen las rodillas es mejor que los hagas más estáticos, hay alternativas, podes encontrarlas buscando el nombre del ejercicio con "no jump/low impact". Cloe Ting (otro canal de ejercicio) los incluye en sus rutinas pero son mucho más cortas. ❤

If you are just starting out this workout will definitely be a challenge. I see comments that HR didn’t go high enough. I was u Throughput with the exception of some floor stuff. Only complaint is the beat isn’t in time with the movements. Otherwise loved it!
