Tip for those wid a binge eating disorder: keep going with d savoury breakfast as recommended in d channel, but definitely add complex carbs to all 3 meals of d day. Or it wud trigger an intense binge cycle dat cud last a few days. Keep reducing d quantity of carbs in ur meals gradually, over a few months or even an year. Before ur periods: increase ur carb intake by a bit , bcuz d fall in estrogen levels cud cause intense cravings to binge. Most importantly, is u have to choose between ur diet or ur mental health. Always prioritise mental health. With ur mental health in place , u are less likely to feel d need to binge. Maintanence breaks: while trying to recover from binge eating, don't try to improve every month. After u have worked on recovery for 2 months, take a maintenance break. It doesn't mean that u can binge however u want, it means d break is a period where u don't have to focus on making progress. U simply have to maintain d progress u have achieved so far. All d best ❤❤❤
