Nadi sudhi pranayamam, say loudly Aaaa thrice with chin, vuu with Chinmaya, mmm with adhi mudhras in vajrasana, aswini mudra as your chin pressing on chest, take oil bath twice & normal head bath twice (total 4) / week, toughest practice 😂😂😂 sleep @ 09 pm sharp, reduce talk, argument, fights. don't fear or tension on anything. if you cannot practice these, just chant any manthra for 2 to 3 hrs in from 5 to 6 am onwards - you will become like fire. trust me these things practically followed by me during my college days 💐💐💐

Try chanting om bhairavay namah. Let your deepest feats repeat in ur head. Let them go crazy like an ocd until ur brain feels numb. Keep facing ur fears until you become lifeless. He will keep on asking you about it. It'll be painful but only until when it's not. Jai mahakal
