I love your channel. As a retired PT/ATC it takes me back in time (not too long ago) but motivates me to put some of this into my training to keep my functional movement as I get older.

Plyometrics was first introduced to my by Tony Horton, in his P90X DVDs. Those were some amazing workouts! Watching this video makes me want to run through his circuit again... I felt so good after getting through the first week of P90X 👍🏾

@@seangaray784 It's the style of coaching and equipment , and the fact that I need personalized coaching due to some joint problems. I work out daily at home and follow the advice in these, but that cannot replace the one on one assistance that a coach can give. There are literally no coaches in my area that do anything except very beginner level.

There's a difference between getting tired and getting better, working hard and working smart. And your training should never be complex. An exercise and skill are two different things. KISS method always works!

I'm a professional coach. And the answer is that it depends. All movements and exercises need to be in a soccer specific context. Past a certain base threshold, being stronger might not translate to better performance if it is not in a soccer context which requires tactical and decision making considerations.
