They might seem like they do, but it's all about creating shared misery, because people who are actually happy or living a good life, don't get too invested with anything online or seek attention on there. They are busy out in real life tending to all kinds of tasks "in realtime"!

For the record, in case it were not obvious, I do not "live" or establish my personal life on the internet. I promote my viewpoints and philosophies and what not, but I do not engage with others on a very personal level the way I do with friends and people close to me out in my real life, daily activities. Calories in, Calories out, has been debunked so many times. I work currently in a factory (i'm an electrician) where we're installing ready for the factory to go live in a couple of years. I walk on average 11 miles a day, along with all my co workers. They eat breakfast before 7am, no food allowed on the factory floor so they next eat at 1pm. That's not over eating. Yet despite the massive amount of walking and not so much eating i work with lads who are literally 4 or 5 stone overweight. Why are they not losing weight if they only had a bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast and then walk 5 miles before eating a sandwich? Because the carbs spike blood sugar meaning you can't access your fat stores and burn them off. Calories are a measurement of thermic output. Nothing more, it has little to do with what eating calories makes our bodies look like. You can eat 10,000 calories of meat and organs and you won't get fat, ever. But you can eat 1500 calories of sugar per day and you will never lose weight.

If you go far back into something enough, you will get to the point where someone has to say "I just wanted to" or "I didn't want to" and they have no control over what they want or don't want. Don't listen to everybody telling you to go I to the deep end and eat totally raw right away. Not only is sourcing quality (safe) raw foods quite difficult, especially for fish, but it's not easy to go from a standard diet to fully natural right away. Start with lightly seared steak and liver, and lots of eggs and raw milk if you can get it in your area. Throw in some fruits and local honey.

I miss raw meat. It's so digestible. I hate that I can't have it. Unfortunately, I'll have to lose weight the wrong way to join the military and then I can afford to eat as much raw meat/organs as I want. I'll just go on walks and do calisthenics. I love playing tennis, so I'll do that, too. I wanted some bacon and eggs, but my mom told me not to eat it because it won't help me lose weight. It will. I did it before, ate bacon and eggs with a blueberry and cream cheese smoothie and then ate a pound of ground beef for dinner with a low carb ice cream bar for dessert. Did that for a week, got keto flu, and quit because it was uncomfortable and I was addicted to sugar at the time, but I lost some weight (didn't weigh myself, I just looked in the mirror and looked smaller), and my unnatural body hair was falling off by itself in the shower every day. I donate plasma twice a week and get paid for that so, I might just go on and do that again, minus the low carb ice cream bar. I might replace that with a small cup of Breyer's or a piece of fruit. That'll show her. Do that for a few weeks, with my walks and staying hydrated. I'm around 240 lbs at 5'8. The heaviest I've ever been. I don't donate for another two days. Wish me luck so I can the courage to go against her with this... Makes me feel a little bad since she spent a lot of money of "healthy" food for me to eat that she should have spent on everyone else since I make my own money, so I'll probably wait until everything's gone first and I have some money saved up

Having lots of muscle is completely healthy. The two biggest guys here have abused steroids, which is the unhealthy part. But there is absolutely nothing unhealthy about being 'obese' with muscle if you do not abuse steroids.

If you have a level of muscle that can only be maintained by near daily strenuous exercise that would have only been forced on slay-ves in past times, then no, it's not healthy.

All of them abuse drugs or will soon do so because they are mentally ill. That's what the culture and sport is based around. There's no way to avoid it if you're that into it. The reason being they will never be happy with their bodies. Their perspective is so distorted, as is yours, that they think this is a healthy and desirable physique.

It seems like you are against any form of resistance training which I strongly disagree. I agree that these bodybuilders who inject drugs are definitely not healthy and unattractive to majority of women, but men should be encouraged to do some form resistance training for strength purposes. Most women prefer a strong lean athletic muscular body over a weak skinny body, obviously face being the most important before she looks at the body. You only age horribly when you don’t have a balance and take all these drugs that these bodybuilders take. I think it’s horrible advice to suggest that men shouldn’t go to the gym and say it’s a waste of time.
@GoatisReviews7 ай бұрын
If it was a waste of time then it wouldn't be worth making videos about it but because it's very unhealthy, it is worth talking about. Both, muscular and skinny, weak bodies are unnatural. A natural body is preferred by all women. Yes, you age horribly because of the drugs but you still age when you work out because of the extreme stress. All stress ages you.
@prussiansocietyofamerica7 ай бұрын
All resistance training creates an added stress on the body, to which it is not proper accustomed too. When you use resistance training, you are tearing (damaging) muscle, and it requires immense energy and body resources to rebuild that muscle. EVERY SINGLE TIME you go to the gym, tear it up, tear it up and tear it up again!
@LooksmaxxingLMS7 ай бұрын
I do agree with Goatis that the gym is bad for you and that it’s not natural either, no animal goes to the gym in nature and any form of stress ages you. I’ve been thinking of an alternative though which instead of going to the gym I think hiking would actual be a lot healthier for you and better for you. Because when you hike, you train your body to work as it is designed. This involves lots of muscles all working in synergy, adapting to the situation as required. Gyms lack this by exercising muscles in only one motion (take the classic bicep curl, for example) hence why it’s not a natural workout like hiking is, no animal lifts or runs in nature. With hiking you also aren’t running either, your just walking which doesn’t get your heart racing like running does, walking is natural running isn’t. Humans hiked in nature, hunter gatherer’s were always moving around looking for food, gym doesn’t exist in nature. I believe weights especially are very bad for you because when you lift them you are damaging and putting stress on your arms, hiking doesn’t put that stress on your arms and you build muscle naturally unlike with lifting.
@josesandoval65317 ай бұрын
@@GoatisReviews how would you advise a obese person to lose weight? I think you only associate “exercise” with going to the gym when there’s many different forms of exercising. I’m nearly 30 and have exercised and done resistance training for years would you say I aged horribly because of it? If anything being lean and muscular has greatly improved my appearance and my life with women so I don’t understand what your end goal is here.
