Welcome to a New Routine of PILATES for ABDOMEN AND WAIST.
During the next 13 minutes you will do a CONCENTRATE job in the abdomen area, involving abdominal muscles, lumbar muscles, muscles of the pelvic area and all the deep musculature of the back.
For the work to be effective it is IMPORTANT that you focus on the Breath that accompanies the movement at all times, which is smooth and continuous. The movements should not be sudden and if you can not perform any or feel discomfort is preferable to hold yourself in an isometric position (without movement) or make the modification with a basic exercise.
In this ROUTINE is not about running but about flowing with movement and breathing, for this you will help with the music that will mark the times of the movements.
Performing the Routine correctly will improve your body posture, thanks to working the deep muscles, you will increase the stability of your body, reducing back pain (if it is the case) and you will improve as well as the shape of your abdomen thanks to the global muscular work.
