finally found a good pole! imma save up for it so i can get it so for now its waiting for me on my amazon wishlist ^^ a family member of mine does aerobics and pole dancing so i'm excited to try and your vids will be so useful because they don't have irl classes for teens near me so tysm for all of this!

Thank you for these tips! Do you recomend those grip leggins? I think they are interesting, but I am afraid to become “dipendent” and not get use to pain and right movement I need to learn 😅

I have one, not from this brand, it's just a leggin in a material that sticks on the pole (vinyl, PVC, shiny fake leather) and it's super helpful. But it's the same feeling as using gloves so you don't slide, you know? If you always use it, you become dependent. But it's good for days where you feel weaker (for me, when I'm next to my period) or even when it's too cold and you're not really feeling the courage to be on the pole 😅 But it still hurts! You just seem to get less bruises.

To me, they are just another way to grip to the pole. It's good for times I cannot be bothered to apply leg grip product! I agree with Jahmin that your skin will still hurt as there is friction between the pole and the leggings still, so it should still allow you to desensitise your skin. Also, you can test out a move with them on, just to get the feel for the move. Then when you try the move without the leggings, you might find it easier to hold the move as you practised the steps already without sliding as much 😊
