◆Dough for 6 pieces
200g Bread flour
2g Instant dry yeast
3g Baking powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
2g Salt
2 Tsp Vegetable oil
105-110 ml Lukewarm water
◆ Ingredients for 6 pieces
150g Minced pork
150g Onion (net)
2 Tsp Soy sauce
5g Sugar
2g Salt
1 Tsp Grated ginger
1 Tsp Sesame oil
Pepper as you like
Stir-fry salad oil, about 1 Tsp
