I don't understand why are you suggesting isolate Protine, as the one of main reason for isolate is low carb content.....and when you are adding butter milk and banana therefore adding carbs and fat.....so whey concentrate or blend will be better option as you can save money....

Yes, provided you do weight training /cardio at the gym. It will really help to manage your thyroid as well if you weight train under a good trainer. hope this helps :)

With all due respect, this doesn't qualify as a 'post workout' shake just because it has whey protein in it. It is important for everyone to know that if you workout, you're not allowed to consume fat before and immediately after workout. This is because the fat that we consume hinders the protein absorption. This is why you're not even allowed to have milk right after your workout; let alone peanut butter.

Dont drink this, post shake shouldn't contain fat, it slowed absorption.
