I don't understand why are you suggesting isolate Protine, as the one of main reason for isolate is low carb content.....and when you are adding butter milk and banana therefore adding carbs and fat.....so whey concentrate or blend will be better option as you can save money....

Hi Mam, your shakes and tea are awesome. I follow them regularly. Being thyroid patient it's hard to loose weight. Recently I am going for a vacation for 15 days in Bengal. And being a foodie I can't continue with all the shakes and tea. At least give me some tips so that I do not gain weight. Pls madam

Suchita Joshi even if you are not on weight loss, you should always replace white sugar to jaggery, bura sugar, honey, stevia and brown sugar.

luthra saab no, this is post workout only. If you wish intra workout, drink so much of water to avoid dehydration. If your work out is advanced level, use BCAA.

The protein in this shake is above 40grams easily..u get 25 gram for powder and 9 grams from milk and 4 from peanut butter and 4 from banana

Yes, provided you do weight training /cardio at the gym. It will really help to manage your thyroid as well if you weight train under a good trainer. hope this helps :)

Try 100 % grass fed whey protein choc , 1/4 cup of raw rolled oats ( not instant ), 10-12 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1-2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter (PB2) put in bullet or ninja blender.

mayuri joshi there is no alternative of whey. Whey is whey. Of course you can substitute some homemade protein powder but then the effects, results and purpose would be different. This is post workout shake.

With all due respect, this doesn't qualify as a 'post workout' shake just because it has whey protein in it. It is important for everyone to know that if you workout, you're not allowed to consume fat before and immediately after workout. This is because the fat that we consume hinders the protein absorption. This is why you're not even allowed to have milk right after your workout; let alone peanut butter.

Shakib Sayyed omg i never heard this. Some people says no carb after workout and now is not good idea consume fat before and after workout because the fat will hinders protein absorption. My pre workout is banana 🍌 with peanut butter 😂 I don’t know what i can do 🤷‍♀️ 😆 but I learned now thanks xx

This is wrong info please don't follow. Whey protein plus milk post work out is very good, slow absorbing due to milk but very effective. I have been taking for over 3 years.
