I don't why but a few bicep hammer curls before i bench relieves elbow pain for me

Yeah man makes sense training the opposite muscle

another good thing for elbow pain is wearing socks (with the ends cut off) over your elbows. OG strongmen and powerlifters used to do it. ive run back to back smolov cycles without any elbow pain during elbow socks

How are socks going to help elbow pain? It’s inflammation caused by overuse, as he is returning to intense training after a period of detraining.

They have some decent actual elbow sleeves on the market I could use but pain is very minimal ATM
