One of the best shredding program avialable on internet, I have been working out since last 14 months. I started following the program from March 2016 and I have lost 11 kilos by now. I followed only the workout program and my normal regular diet. If u want faster results one can follow the diet regime too. Nevertheless this program works guys. Thank u Guru Mann sir.

My experience about 6 week shredded program: I followed the program from new year as my new year resolution. I went through the diet, it took me some time to understand the true concept of the diet and I followed it strictly, though I must admit that I treated myself with junk (more tasty food) once in a while, like once or may be twice a week sometimes. I took no supplements, no protein powder etc. Ate eggs instead, and chicken thrice a week(Sacrificed my traditional Indian meal of chapati rice dal veg). Apart from this I mostly followed his veg meal plan and took beans and salads in high quantities. I did not exercise regularly(max thrice a week) as my schedule did not permit it to do so.. I had no aim of bulking up and hence it was okay with me. So the conclusion of whole this is, before 2 months I was 85kgs and now I am 74! :) Thanks Guru Bhai! It was a dream come true! Now I am planning to shop a couple of jeans for my 3 inch reduced waist ! :)

i didn't consume any supplement. I was not even able to do all the exercises, but i tried every single day. i tried my level best to do whatever you are recommending (except for the supplements ofcourse) and still i lost more than 10Kg in 6 weeks. Thankyou so much guru mann.

Wtf? 10kg in 6 week? That is 45 days which is very less time. Obviously an unhealthy weightloss. You should have got whole diet & supplement. 4-5 month should be ideal for 10kg fat loss.

I followed this program for 6 weeks with gym and diet. I was following it probably 75% strictly eating junk once in a while and doing abs only twice instead of six times shown here. Week by week i lost 1 -2 kg. Came down to 86 from 92 in 6 weeks while building muscle (high protien is key) Still long way to go but a great start! Thanks a lot

Thanks, GuruMann sir and Tseries.. I started this program on 13 june 2019 and today on 20 july 2019, i can proudly say that i have lost 4.7 kgs. Even a 4 year old program is working like a charm. Once i complete 6 week shredded, i will start muscular 8 program until i get 15 percent fat.

This man is rocking, guys with no doubt u can start this program, here I'm shared my 1st week experience, in the beginning of the first 2 days I felt even this never gonna help me, but I made my self let's do it for a week if there is no changes seen then let me quit the subscription. Here is the magic after 4th day I started seeing my muscles popping and started to lose fat, i feel lite after 1 week , it's seriously shredding workout with 💯 result, but guys make sure u follow all the exercise, I'm getting ready for week - 2 Will post u about the result after week - 2

Yes I gained muscle, however my look got leaner. If due to any reason you are not able to do a workout, don't go out of the diet and then resume back.

I've lost 10kgs (91kg-81kg) in 41 days using this program. Even though I did not follow this exact diet and did not have the energy for all the sets that he has in this plan, but I tried my best to stick to it. I did not have any cheat day in 41 days.

I am going to start this programme thank you guru ji for this video. one small mistake in the video i would like to bring in to your attention u said heart rate is 70 beats per second and I am sure that u know its 70 beats per minute. many knows it but some may become confused. thank you once again.

I just completed the six-week shredded program (exercise and nutrition outline) and the results are amazing. I went from 86.7 kg to 78 kg; gained 6cm in my shoulders and arms, 3cm in my chest and my waist dropped from 98cm to 86.5cm. Thank you, Guru, for sharing this program

Rahul, first, sorry for the late reply. No, it was not just a loss of water weight. I forgot to add in my first post that I went from 32.7 percent body fat to 23 percent during this six-week program last year. I strictly followed the exercise, nutrition and rest/recovery plans that Guru outlined. I think it is important to have a set goal in mind. Be it a target weight/body fat percentage or a specific end date. This year, I am choosing the date option. Last year I was only curious to see if there would be any noticeable changes in my physical appearance if I followed this six-week program. It is now the first week in May and I am returning to "Six Week Shredded" to get myself ready for the upcoming warmer months. My target date is June 21st, the first day of summer. During the winter months I did get heavier (91.6 kg, 32.6 percent body fat at my heaviest in early February). But wearing heavier clothes like sweaters and long sleeve shirts helped me cover my weight gain. For the past month I have been following this program's nutrition plan and am currently 85.6 kg., 29.2% body fat as of this writing. Now it is time to return to the gym and get serious about reshaping my body once again. One "problem" I did encounter last year is that I think I lost a little too much weight. Because of my dramatic weight loss, people whom know me kept asking me if I was OK, thinking I had either some form of cancer or HIV. They were used to seeing me when I was 93 kg. - 96 kg. This time around my weight goal "sweet spot" will be between 80 kg. to 82 kg. while working on getting a leaner look; somewhere in the 24% body fat range. I am not a beginner to weight rooms. I have been going to gyms off and on since 1985. What I am is a 64 year old American male who grew tired of looking fat. Sorry for the long reply, but if you or anyone reading this are serious about transforming your appearance, give this program a try. My only advice is to be mentally ready to make some sacrifices to your eating habits like saying goodbye to high carb and pre-processsed junk foods and drinks (alcohol, carbonated sodas, etc.); things that you like but do not like you.

I have started this routine a week ago. I can already see 1.5 inch decrease in my waist+belly area and motor muscle's size is exactly the same till now. My measurements before starting: Biceps- 13.5 (inch) Forearms- 10.5 Chest- 40.5 Waist- 36 Waist(including stomach)- 39.5 Thighs- 23 Calves- 15 Fat %- 26.66 Weight- 79kg (kgs) P.S- I am a lean guy with a so much fat on chest and stomach. My body measurements after following the program for 10 weeks (Feb 1 to Apr 16) are here: Biceps- 13.5 to 13.2 (inch) Forearms- 10.5 to 10.2 Chest- 40.5 to 38.5 Waist- 36 to 34 Waist(including stomach/belly area)- 39.5 to 36 Thighs- 23 to 22 Calves- 15 to 14.5 Fat %- 26.66 to 21 Weight- 79 to 74 (kgs) You can see my visual results on my recent photo on Instagram- aaveg._ I am very happy with my results in such a short time (10 weeks). I did not follow his workout routine ever. I was just doing some home workout and some cardio in parks, etc (No weight-lifting). However I followed the diet strictly. I calculated my BMR which was around 1500 cal/day, so I cut down around 500 calories per day as my previous calorie intake was around 2000 cal/day and followed his diet blindly. As you can see now, there is barely any loss in muscle mass and I have lost around 4 inches from my belly area which is a great result in such a short time. Now I am planning for abs in the next 10 weeks. Thank you so much Guru Mann sir. It could't have been possible without your videos.
