Dough starter (糕种):
70g (1/2cup) plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp instant yeast (即溶干酵母)
75ml water (水)
Ingredients (材料):
250g (2 cups) glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
120g (1 cup) plain flour (普通面粉)
150g (2/3 cup) sugar(细砂糖)
350ml ramie leaves with water (厝叶与水)
2 1/2 tbsp cooking oil (油)
20g dried ramie leaves, washed and drained (20克干厝叶,洗净挤干)
400ml water (水)
1/4 tsp alkaline water (碱水)
