Active breathing: helps you connect with your body and self-regulate
Focused movements: clear and direct movements help focus and declutter our mind
Visualization: thoughts produce the same mental instructions as actions so visualizing energy, water, etc. while moving affects the intention of your movements and helps you reach an increased state of presence, allowing your mind and body to work as one.
