I've been watching your workout videos with more frequency and comparing them to other similar sites. What I like about yours are two things. 1) you do the workout completely, so we can do it along with you, that's important! 2) You have your shirt off to show the muscles you are working and if nothing else, to inspire! I like your channel!

Alex thank you so much for your series of band exercises. It’s wonderful to have my iPad on watching you perform these exercises at the same time as I am doing them as well. You are a great incentive for me to work harder at it. These exercises have given me a new burst of enthusiasm specially during the Carona virus lock down. Ps I’m 75 and doing well.

The long head of your left arm is larger than that of your right. ;) Great short workout, appreciated the different angles and positions for the standing rows, low lats, etc.

Super workout - quick, well presented and varied. However shouldn't you hold the contraction (TUT) to develop the muscle build better?

Holding a contraction is an isometric contraction, not time under tension. We are applying time under tension here with 40 second working sets ☺️ TUT means how long the muscles are under tension, not necessarily holding a position.

Alex great workout! I recently switched to band training and love it - Question ... I noticed that with the bicep exercises you went with a hammer curl/style grip vs supinated - I would have thought that targeted forearms more than contracting the biceps at peek?

Yeh that would be good and can replace a gym workout! However it does also depend what your body is used to in regards to training volume.

This seems like just a back workout. Am I way wrong. Smaller muscles always get worked during the major muscle workouts but there really isn't a focus on biceps it seems to me. Would you even see results other than after about six months or so?
