Dear Richard, I did this sport in previous years, I had to stop due to my neck and back pain. The support I expect from you is that I want to practice the exercises you do exactly, but unfortunately I cannot do them while standing. I know most are here talking about whether he is natty or not... Do not worry about that his workouts are legit Main thing is to set your own goals and be realistic. You are not going to be Richard Duchon. My man first off gets paid to workout and lives in the gym. Again be realistic and set realistic goals. Remember even if you are not natural and juice the hell out you still need to work stupid hard to try and even get close to the shape he is in. So why hate, either learn and appreciate or do not watch.

For the Overhead tricep extension make sure to warmup your elbows real good cause its real hard on those elbows

When you do the overhead extensions, do you need to put your ellbows as close as possible or does that put to much stress on them? I see you hold your elbows wide so i tought i’m Gonna ask you that
