Excellent. By far the BEST exercise video I've found till date. Thank you for the explanations, demonstrations, built in rest time and all. It's a complete video. I'm old, overweight and have never exercised. So today was my first day and I did only half of it. My target is to complete this 20 minute and then go on to more.

Been doing this and another 20 min workout interchangeably for about a month now. I unintentionally had a week off do to being more busy than usual and I’ve been ancy to get back. I just completed this workout and feel 💯 They’re not too tough but they keep your heart rate up and really make me sweat. Now I’m gonna complete a 5 min lower ab workout to top it off

I started doing these excercises about a year ago I started at 160lbs and my current weight fluctuates between 136-138lbs, I’m on my feet most of the time during the day because of my work and I try my best to eat healthy and not over do portion sizes. I’m not as consistent as I was but I’ve been able to maintain this weight for a good few months and intend to continue to do so

These workouts are really easy not that much hard. I wonder how these simple workouts can make us sweat so much. But in the end it feels really nice. Very well organized exercise videos. I have got really good results in the past by following your video exercises. And now i have started again. 😊

I did this workout only until 06:31, and I am completely exhausted and sweating. I am a 22-year-old girl, my height is 5.5ft, and my weight is 70kg. I want to reduce my weight to 55kg. This is my first day. Day - 1 = 69kg

@@dheepikaanandan3261weight loss generally depends on what you’re eating however if ur eating at your maintenance and burning calories you’re bound to lose weight. However the best results are when you excersise and eat within a calorie deficit.

Weight : 62kg Height : 150 Goal : 42kg Day 1 done ✅ Day 2 done ✅ Day 3 done ✅ Day 4 done ✅ Day 5 done ✅ Day 6 done ✅ Day 7 done ✅ Day 8 done ✅ Beside this I do intermittent fasting means I only between 12-6pm and less calories as possible and trying to make 10k steps a day. Doing this workout for around 24 days, rn am 64kg and goal is 50kg or 45kg: Day 1: ✅ legs are sore cuz I did walking and dancing Day 2: ✅ sore again bcs of dancing and the workout, didn’t do walking yet, no difference just yet Day 3:

Okay so I’m starting today and all these comments are really bringing me hope that I can do this I’m am 13 and weight 228! And for a young teen like me I don’t wanna live like this. I want to become a cheerleader and dancer but it’s hard for me and to see the smaller people at school it really makes me feel like I’m just lazy. Let's start:- Day 1:- ✅ (feels so hard) Day 2:- ✅ (slight body pain) Day 3:- ✅ (not much body pain till now, feels even harder after doing each and every exercise perfectly) Day 4:- ✅ Day 5:- ✅ (still not able to do "squats in and out" more than 15 times) ......End of the journey.....🙃

Done with 3rd day of working out, can’t see and changes yet and also getting a very bad pain ( muscle soreness) but I’ll continue my workout no matter what

Take it easy, zainasiddiqui2180. It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!💪

I'm starting to do this workout today... Day 1✅....( Hard😢) Day 2✅.... (Much harder then day 1😥😩... But did it😌) Day 3 ✅.... (Body pain, still did it🙂) Day 4 ✅.....(Bit easy😊) Day 5.... Hey there, Lesley. I'm afraid that's not something we would be doing. Simply because not all pregnant women are capable of doing any heavy activities, or perform exercises. If we put out a workout video for pregnant women, expectant mothers may assume that its safe for them without consulting their doctors. We don't want to put them or their unborn child's life in danger :) hope this helps! Good luck on your pregnancy and please do consult with your doctor first before performing any workouts. ❤️💪
