Leo Adragna yes but your Training split should help offset soreness making an impact . Typically people do 2-3 days on 1 off but you may need to do every other if you are just starting out! Your body adapts fast!

Dima Bespalov I know you’re asking Sadik but you tend to get better results by using your working weight those four sets rather working up to your working weight and that being just the only and only set on the 4th set. If that makes sense. You can work up to your working weight but don’t count those as your working sets until you’ve reach your working weight. Did I help answer your question?
