Week 7 - Bike & Bells - Day 44 - Done. This superset Tuesday was serious! I don’t know how the supersets helped but they did. I already reached failure but was still able to do another set. I’m in between weight definitely. Enjoyed the playlist! Thank you Kaleigh! Going to try and raise weights for biceps and triceps. Shoulders still need more training, but increased weight by 2lbs. WOW...I hit failure on every one of these exercises today! It makes me realize that I truly am pushing myself. I love the tip to add wrist or ankle weights when you can't quite make the jump to the next dumbell weight. My 💪's are shaking!! Keep bring it!

Oh my goodness, my arms were already tired at the beginning of the w/o. I had to go down on my weights especially for shoulders. However, with your encouragement I finished it. Woot woot, thanks KC.❤

BIKE AND BELLS WEEK7, DAY 44 DONE ✔️ 😀 I though I was over muscle soreness. Nope, not one bit. I went heavier, new muscles woke up, my sides from standing abs. That was a different work out and it was great. thanks K

Are you sure we only did 3 sets of hammer curls? I'm sure we did four 🥵 This feels so, so good💪🏻 but it was tough 🏋🏻‍♀️

Silly question for Kaleigh! Why do you stand with one leg in front of the other when doing pull-ups or many of the exercises. Does it increase core engagement or just complexity to the exercise?

Hi Monse!!! Not a silly question at all!! For some exercises a prefer a staggered stance because it either gives me better leverage to lift heavier and/or it allows me full range of motion for things like bicep curls!
