🔴 TONE ROUTINE IN THE CHAIR
I receive messages asking me for routines for two groups that are not usually very well attended in the area of physical exercise. On the one hand, older people, who cannot stand for long and need supports for their gym sessions, and on the other hand, people with obesity and / or overweight who have the same problem.
This routine is also indicated for people who are in a recovery and / or rehabilitation period, for pregnant women or anyone who does not have a lot of energy to train but wants to move and work their muscles
You will see that in just over 20 minutes you will do a very complete job, because you will work your entire body progressively, starting with gentle movements and increasing the intensity so that you can feel when you finish all the work done on your body.
Perhaps there are exercises that you cannot do today, it is normal, I do not want you to get frustrated, but if you repeat it frequently you will see how in a few repetitions it works out wonderfully and you can even go to higher level routines.
