Hello Sir, I'm 38 by age, I am working out since school days, I lost 23 kg through omad in 7 month, 89 down to 65, Nov 22-july 23. Additionally i used to do cycling daily 25-30 km (actual bicycling) and weekends me 60-70 km round. This was for initial 3 months of 7 months, then for next 4 months, daily 1 hr abs workout. (result = waist reduced to 33 from 38 & 4 packs with 5/6 packs visible) From July 23 onward, I switched to weight training at home(alternate day muscle training and abs workout) (I have setup at home) & in diet, I started boiled kabuli chana 200 gm in lunch, 200-250 gm of boiled and sauteed soya chunks at night and 300ml cow milk with b protein 30 gm and 1 banana and 25 gm of peanut butter, all as a shake post workout in morning . I observed I started gaining weight and from 65, I am now 72-73 kgs, I lost 4 packs and tummy also started growing. Then since 2 month I replaced kabuli to 4 whole egg omelet and reduced qty of sauteed soya chunks to 150 gms (raw waight =60 gms), Obliq and tummy turant out of control ho gaya hai, my routine is 7-8 hrs sitting and 60 km daily bike driving, Kaha galti ho rahi hai? Please guide.
