I really enjoy your flows, they challenge me and your mod options allow me to maintain alignment on new poses and enjoy the practice. It’s becoming a regular sweatdown Kate. Many 🙏

This was perfect for my post-ultra marathon run. A good, strenuous (for me) flow that ended in pigeon pose. Loved it!

Here for day one but sadly not keeping with it: As a beginner I found it very difficult and hurtful for the knees. But I think it is a pretty good video for people with more level than me. Happy New Year!

I absolutely loved this one! The only thing I would change is at the very end. I would like to see you do corpse pose with us and then lead us out of it. Otherwise this practice was beautiful. This video made me subscribe to your channel! And I've been doing yoga for 17years. I loved that this was geared for more intermediate/advanced yogis. But loved that beginners could do it if they wanted to. You're a great teacher. I can't wait to practice more with you! Thank you ❤

I appreciate this feedback so much, Brittany. I really hope you added savasana! I do it it my 45 min classes. For 30 minute classes, it's a mixed bag so I sometimes leave it off. It's funny that you bring it up though because I was just thinking today that I need to add corpse pose in more. Thank you for inspiring me!
