those criss cross squats on the 3rd round, i did my best. Didnt feel like doing anything heavy today but boy did my heart rate go up on this follow along, feeling great now. Thank YOU

Can you do a primal workout that works mostly on upper body? Like chest, shoulder, biceps, triceps ecc

Thanks for the request. Definitely will be putting out more primal workouts with different focuses. Right now, your best bet is going to be the primal strength workout. Heavier on the upper body kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqiZlIKqh5qjkLc
