This was effing awesome! I wanted to wake up and sweat while working on mobility and this checked all the boxes! Thanks for easing us into the exercises, taking through them and powering through them with us!

Great stuff, I feel great! I had to adjust my breathing to longer intervals, though, your suggestion had me out of breath way too fast.

those criss cross squats on the 3rd round, i did my best. Didnt feel like doing anything heavy today but boy did my heart rate go up on this follow along, feeling great now. Thank YOU

Can you do a primal workout that works mostly on upper body? Like chest, shoulder, biceps, triceps ecc
