मैं बिहार के कटिहार जिले से हूँ मैं रोज़ 5-6 km running करता हूँ मेरा 1600 meter की timing 5:20-5:30 के बीच मे आ रहा है लेकिन इससे कम नही हो रहा है बहुत कोशिश करता हूँ कोई कोच भी नहीं है आसपास खुद से मेहनत करता हूँ और मैं बिहार पुलिस की तैयारी कर रहा हूँ ❤😊

@@Sportsgul_ly daily work out, don't run 1600 meter daily, DAY 1st: run 6km in morning & at evening 1000m run fast, DAY 2nd: run 3km in morning & 2km at evening fast, DAY 3rd: run 1600m in morning & take rest at evening, Trust me you'll see BETTER results !! Repeat it 3 days routine starts from Monday, Important take whole rest on Sunday !! Most important do some work out lightly before run.. Before runing don't work out hard, after running relax your whole body & give massage to your legs & hand..

Sir. Assam me assam police commondo ka vacancy joldhi aaraha hain 4.8 km ka running hoga jisko 20 minutes me complete karna hota hain. Mera timing 19:30 aah jata mujhe 18 minutes karna hain but mera shine pain ho raha hain shine pain ke liye ek videos bana do 🙏
