He could have admitted it. Its not a crime to have previously done drugs. But would have given them probable cause to search him. Otherwise as long as you dont cause a ruckus and dont have any drugs on you. You can be high on whatever you want. Assuming youre not on probation or parole.

Buddy, I haven’t felt excitement about an new episode coming on since before streaming services lol. Couple things that stood out to me, 1. The Flashlight 🔦- why is Segal shining his flashlight on people when you’re in a lit street, headlights and roof lights, and your basic night vision? Lol like what are you looking for that your flashlight would expose? It’s a pretty noticeable tell “I’m trying to look like I’m doing something”. Also when I was a rookie, my tell was clinging to my shoulder mic for dear life. Like I would show up to a call and act all calm. But reviewing footage, I’m noticing I never ever ever once let go of my mic,,, cringe lol Also the seducing radio… you’re right his voice would sound like he’s PSSP PSSP PSSP into the radio and there were probably a few cops in other cars that were like STFU.. you know if his portable even had a real battery in it lol. And his calm… sleepy voice. It’s a sign of a veteran when you’re calm in situations. But i know this one shift supervisor from a neighbouring detachment that always always sounds like she’s about to fall asleep when she’s speaking at a briefing or on the radio or at calls. Like to the point where you think she’s going to just lay her head down and go to sleep. And she’s useless and no one respects her. So segal is probably trying to seem like he’s a pro and in control lol

I just googled Officer Wimper. Seems like he had been commander of the Community Relations Division. I was asking myself why every Cop in this department seems to have high ranks. Sargent Tempura Shrimps, Captain Wimper, Colonel Angry and Major General Steven. Yes, that does not automatically mean that they have already taken the first step to recovery, but most of them probably do want to overcome their addiction already. Also, While the quote he is trying to say is true, I personally feel like it is so overused that no one takes it seriously. it's sort of an expected thing to hear that everyone already knows. So it isn't really helpful anymore since it has just become a cliché thing that you are "supposed" to say to addicts.
