Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce
Mam Sita's SIling Labuyo
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
Ginger
chopped parsley
chopped spring onion
1 knob of butter
25ml beer
bread for crostini
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
