It's good to have those discussions if you're married or both intend to get married. This advice shouldn't be for people who want a gf/ bf relationship....tbh you might as well say a gf/bf relationship is pretty much the same thing as a friends with benefits because they "love" each other but yet something in their gut is saying no to marriage, a lifetime commitment

Why would a man put the power to make him miserable, in the case of a relationship, or the power to destroy him, in the case of marriage, in the hands of a woman? In my circle of associates we all earn substantial amounts of money. Whenever we gather I rarely, if ever, see rings on their fingers. Out of 27 of us who communicate on a regular basis only two are married. And this is not a matter of money. It is a matter of trusting someone enough to relinquish power, and believe me a lot of you women cannot be trusted. So when you are interacting with men of a certain pedigree you best believe the first thing he is thinking is "Why is she here? What does she want?"

Such a shame... nothing in this video is even remotely accurate. Ladies. If you play games like this, you will attract game players. 🎮 If you want to know the secret to ensuring this man is a good man and someone you should follow. Have that man vetted by your father/brother/uncle. Rather than play games of manipulation... set up precautions. For example: Don't go on a first date without talking to him on the phone first. What does his resume say, can he keep and maintain a job long-term , etc. You should always be yourself and the loving version of yourself at all times. You set up precautions not milestones. Steve Harvey 90 day rule/milestone was wrong ladies... all it does is attract game players. Marriage for a man is about timing over anything else.

So if you’ve done all of that, have ensured he’s a good man, and he still doesn’t want to commit, then what? Because that’s actually what this video is addressing. This is a 4 minute clip of a longer video. This video isn’t about vetting a man, there are other videos on my channel about that. The question is: How can women encourage a good man (that they’ve been seeing for a prolonged period of time) to commit?

@@KianaWilliamsTVIf he still doesn't commit then it's not up to the woman to do anything BUT it's up to the men in her family who vetted him (uncle, father, brother, etc). In reality, those men are usually more effective than the women, because there's another level of respect and unwritten contract among men due to the already known logical standards that do not need to be explained. If there's really a valid reason for him not to commit, he'll discuss it with those men, not with her. I got my sister married in this way and that man won't dare try to run away because he has a special understanding with me

@KianaWilliamsTV The comment above has a lot of truth in that comment. There are unspoken rules when it's a man to man conversation and an understanding that is not verbally communicated often. To answer your question directly, here it is. "How can women encourage a good man (that they've been seeing for a prolonged period of time) to commit?" By "Commit," I assume you mean marriage? The truth is I can tell you the answer, but you may not like it. 1. Timing is EVERYTHING You will have to change your dating strategy A man will only commit to marriage with proper timing Trust me. Men DO NOT marry the BEST option available....They marry the best option available at the perfect time. Date men who are older than you even 10+ years older. Playing commitment games is not the answer. The truth is....a man marries when he wants to and marries his best option that is available to him at that time. Here is how you encourage a good man to commit: Become the WIFE that he wants. Unfortunately, not everyone is a wife, and not everyone is a husband. Marriage is not for everyone. That's the truth. Here's a better solution something that is an actionable step in the right direction. Some of the best pieces of advice I've ever heard is a great offense is a great defense. It's a sports analogy. Play soo damn great offense that he won't want to go anywhere else. Be the WIFE he wants and be his everything and then some. Tell him you'll sign a pre-nup and be a stay at home wife or go to work if that's what he wants. Show him how your preparing for his future children and what kind of mother you would be. You want a man to commit. Play offense and not defense. However, none of this guarantees commitment. Not every man is a husband, and that's the truth. This is why you need to go to your father and have him VET that man for you. It's not your job to vet a man. Allow a man to do it for you. Only men know men. You're job is to play offense.... Not defense and not manipulation.

I don’t disagree with you. I think all of that is important. However, I don’t think that negates what I said in this video. Based on what you’ve written, your advice to a woman, your daughter, sister, etc. would be to just wait until a man is ready. That’s the opposite of what my father has taught me. While I think it benefits a man for a woman to embody a wife, meet his needs, and wait until he’s “ready” to commit (assuming that desire for commitment will happen in a timely fashion), it benefits women to go towards men that are already ready for marriage. Even as you said, it’s not about what women do, it’s about if a man is ready. He marries the woman that’s around when he is ready. You can call it manipulation, games, etc. but my advice is always for both men and women is to go where they are valued. It’s not a game, it’s a decision. If y’all aren’t on the same page, cease contact. Neither person should waste their time in a situation that’s not giving them what they want. If a woman is embodying all of the things that you’ve mentioned, then there is in fact another man, praying and hoping to come across a woman like that. A man that is ready to be her husband. She should gravitate towards that man, rather than staying around to try and force him to “change”.

Of course! There are definitely some responsibilities that I’d only expect a man to take on as my husband, rather than a man that I’m just dating. Similarly, there are some responsibilities I’m not going to take on, without being married.
