She's the real deal!! Personal trainer vibes, reminding you wrist control, straighten your back etc..keeps you doing the moves correct posture.. I use to be very fit.. I have a 1, 2, and 3 year old daughters. Was prego 3 years in a row.. She has been helping me get my body back. Stick with her. You will get results!! 😊😊

Thankyou so much Kayleigh. I've been in a complete slump lately and I'd lost all hope that I'd be able to succeed in anything I do. This is only a 30 minute workout but for someone like me who doesn't move at all and haven't been able to accomplish anything in a really long time it means everything. Thanks for this!! I’m 14 and I’m looking to generally get stronger- and maybe look a little more toned. The workout was great and Im certainly tired now, but I’m gonna try doing this twice a week to start! It’s worth it for my mental and physical health! (Also, your dog is super cute 😂❤ I have a golden and he does the same thing)

Your video just showed up on my feed. At first I thought you had a beige rug but it didn’t look anything like a rug. Then I thought it’s a dead animal type of rug. And then I saw the dog, and I was hoping that he or she’s ok because s/he seems so dead asleep even with you talking and moving around. Such an angel ❤️❤️❤️ I’ve been melting here. And the other cutie pie on the chair 🥰🥰 What an amazing exercise with two angels in your room. You’re so lucky. I hope they’re both still with you, healthy and happy for a very long time.

This workout was a hit to wake up to and start my morning! Went heavy and feel amazing right now! Stella and Nacho - together just relaxing and enjoying the positive and trusting atmosphere! That’s the only atmosphere a dog would lay down like that and not have a care in the world! That was great - I liked the sumo squat with the 3 count hold. Love the dogs being there - mine has been asleep in the room with me through a spin and strength session! She will wake up and yawn soon - pretending she has done it all with me!! Thanks!!

5/11/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this May Day Calendar Madness, a definite good and strong do-over! I noticed I was the last log in for workouts from the B&B we did in January so with that said, I felt stronger and did not modify! In fact started with 20DB's (I had stashed the steel hex 20BS's and broguth them back out to try them!), and was able to workout on some with these! Feeling stronger is def a good feeling! And now on to the desert and stretch these muscles that worked pretty hard today! We did them ya'll! Keep loging your workouts as I feel it is so important to compare where you were at when you first started, to where you are now, no matter the journey you are in! And Kaleigh... #WeLoveYouToo #InItToBeStronger💪

Heavy dumbbells was a very welcomed sight after studies. Went heavier than usual just to get my body exhausted so I can sleep. Added chest presses after the session. This was a greatly welcomed workout! Thank you Kaleigh!🏁WINNING🏁⚡🔥⚡🔥⚡🔥⚡

Everytime I went to do weights I always used the machine cause I had no idea what to do with free weights. But this video helped me find a basic routine. Plus I’m glad you’re talking the entire time without having loud music blasting. THANKS FOR THIS!

Yesss!!! This was a serious burner! I loved the little holds at the bottom of sumo squats, and switching from wide to normal bicep curls! These little challenges you add in are my favorite! Thank you so much!

This is the first workout I have found that I at leaset occasionally find myself enjoying. I have only done it a few times and have noticed improvement. Whether it is mental (not underestimating myself) or physical I do not know, but it is improvement all the same! I found myself not having to go on my knees for the plank this time. It was super difficult but I did it! Thank you so much for making the workout fun, encouraging and making me feel good about myself :)

3/30/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this March Madness, the madness got realz! I was able to do them all using 10lb and 15lb DBs but might need to get my 25 lbs out for sumos and squats as I felt I could go heavier! I have not lifted heavy since 2019 in CrossFit but then I rolled my ankle on box jumps... and decided it was not for me honestly! It was taxing to my body and although I stretched, it wasn't like these "desert" stretches. These make me feel good afterward and I've been doing the deserts ever since I stumbled upon this channel and this awesome community of butt-kickers back in December of 2022! So to all of you butt-kickers... YOU ALL ROCK!!! And of course, we have to thank our awesome coach and motivator freak KC! For now... signing off and heading to the next adventure! #WeLoveYouTooKC
