@@ayeshanawab4955 I tried everything but nothing worked. Doctors suggest for Lumbar Epidural Injection but not surety. However today after 4 weeks of unbearable pain, Ahamdulillah I feel better. So what I did is avoided any exercise that increase pain. I joined Physio where they use some electric machines to help you overcome this pain with some specific exercises. Besides I'm doing Hot towels before I sleep to the target area. Use Diclofanac patches directly on affected area particularly where you have Disc budge etc. But join a good physio center importantly sit on 14 inch chair with a soft cushion support & avoid heavy lifting n bending.

Stretch at 3.37 took away my sciatica pain. It took away my calf pain which didn't go away with common calf stretches. Key in 3.37 was to bring your foot towards yourself.

Thanks a lot doctor! I am 21 years old and suffering from right leg and heel pain for 1 year. I am a govt nursing student of west bengal, here need to stand for more than 7-8 hours. I have applied many medicine like vitamin-D tab, calcium tab etc even many exercise, but I don't get any result. It always made me worry when I stand to treat any patient. 😞 After I watching your video, I decided to do these exercise as every treatment become failed. 1st time honestly I don't believe your words, as it was a social media's advice. Respected Sir, I have been mentally very upset for the last three months. ٰ I can't sleep at night because of anxiety۔ I had sciatica (leg) pain three months ago. During this time I did some exercises in ignorance in which the pain came from buttock to leg. After two weeks the pain is gone (and it still doesn't hurt) but for two months now my right toe has been numb. Moving, feeling also but not normal. I'm afraid it won't spread too far. Please tell, can I do these exercises? I have seen many physiotherapists in my area but all of them are useless. They don't say anything. I look forward to hearing from you. You have very good knowledge. For God sack. I look forward to hearing from you.

Ma aap ki fane hu app ki exercise juldi relif datty ha app ka ly dill sa dua nikltty hu ma na pain ki bohat. medicine khi ab mera stomach ijazat nahi datta medicine ka ly lakin app ki excercise amazing relax kertty ha

Hi Dear, i would like to thank you a lot for this video. I was having sciatica fro last 3 weeks and was not getting relief. After doing this exercise it really worked and now i am 90% recovered. Thanks once again please keep it up 👍🏻

Mere ko sciatica tha bhut pain rhta tha pair m bd me kisi ne bataya ki Ayurveda me dikhao maine delhi k ek acche Ayurveda spine physician se consult le kr dawai or unka batya hua exercise follow kiya ab ekdm pain sahi hai or jo pairo me sunnapan hota tha wo b sahi h.

As per above(2,3,4) i have pain while standing and walking , I unable to walk or standing minmum 3 min So can do above exercise, and I want take consult you sir . Really great sir I learn lot from your vedios. Thank you very much
