Wow, just wow! You did a perfect review of both the LE and XSE. I watched both of them side by side. Even though the XSE has acoustic noise reduction glass on front windows (both have acoustic w/s), I felt that LE was significantly quieter than the XSE in your video. You had the panaramic sunroof only half open in the XSE to replicate the LE's moonroof and had the mic in the exact same position. Just done it perfectly! So much better than just a car review! Always amazes me to how people never use the Auto function for climate control. You set it at the temperature you want and the car does its best to get you the temperature you want as quickly and efficiently as possible and maintains it. Works like a charm even when it’s -40c out as it senses when the coolant is warms up enough and blasts the heat accordingly.

Camry update looks ok. Front turn signals could be improved with a straightline sequential feature. Drop the lobster claw taillights. Same with rear turn signal, straightline sequential feature would improve the look. Lobster claw taillights on Accord and Forester are not a good look either ...

We have the 3.5 V6 mated to an 8-speed auto in our 2018 Highlander. We love it, don't get me wrong, but we're averaging 14.0L/100km on daycare runs. It's a good thing we don't do a ton of mileage. It definitely sounds nice and angry, but at the end of the day, it's a family car. I'd rather get stellar fuel economy (pollute less, spend less) than have an audibly pleasing engine. It's also deceivingly not-that-fast for 300+hp, but it's also moving 2,000 kg. The Camry is in the 1,650 kg region, so 230hp should be quite nice, and 4.7-5.3 L/100km would be even nicer. With only the (eventual) Mazda6 PHEV in the way, I think a Camry SE AWD will be the firm replacement for my current 2014 Mazda3 2.0 6MT. Maybe in 2027-ish. I want to give Mazda a chance at wow'ing me. And besides, my Mazda3 has basically been a Corolla in reliability all these years, and averaging me 6.5L/100km with a fantastic amount of joy behind the wheel.
