Me gustaria saber porque alguna grasa se acumula en las viceras y otra en la piel subcutanea, y para esta última que es lo mejor en cuanto a entreno y alimentacion

¡Hola! ❤️ Una dieta no saludable con altas cantidades de alimentos grasos y un estilo de vida sedentario son los principales factores ambientales que pueden contribuir al aumento de la grasa subcutánea. Yo sugeriría, además de una dieta limpia y equilibrada que carezca de azúcares añadidos, ingredientes artificiales y alimentos grasos, implementar ejercicio aeróbico y entrenamiento de resistencia en su rutina de ejercicio habitual. 😊
