There are a few improvement areas, most notably its range and turning radius, but I can easily look past that considering how good it is. Superb vehicle and one that makes my 991.2 Carrera T being left in the garage more than it should…

And IONIQ5N's virtual sound is Unlike simple virtual sound, each RPM and gear level, And depending on the speed, Like the sound of an actual engine Each one has a different frequency and sound. And this virtual sound is not just a simple one I didn't put it in for fun, When you're on a track or when you're playing sports, Listen to the actual engine vehicle's engine The condition of the car, the speed of the car, Also, as you can see the appropriate shift timing, I'm going to use this virtual sound to catch it The purpose of meaning is greater. In fact, on Top Gear in the U.K. When you test drive on the track, The difference between the sound and the absence of sound is safety, crucial to determining the driving record He's playing a role. Also, IONIQ5N's virtual sound is It's not just the sound, Put the woofer speaker on the front and rear, respectively As you mount it, the sound echoes to the car It's delivered to the driver in the room To feel the actual tremor Because it's designed, Even the engine tremor of the engine vehicle We are implementing some of them. Even though IONIQ5N is an EV, The shift shock is reduced during the shift, When you get to the end of RPM without shifting, be caught in fuel-limited limits For the same purpose as bringing out the feeling, To just dismiss it as a virtual sound It's a little lacking. This is different from what you see in the video, You'll find out right away when you test drive it.

@@adrianguggisberg3656 Don't get me wrong - I think its a fast charging vehicle, which is one of the reasons why I love my EV6 which also hits 240kW and has 18min 10-80% charging, but it's not productive to call it the fastest charging vehicle in the world. I'm not usually of fan of looking at "miles of range added" for charging speeds, but in this case it does make a difference as the Silverado has a 450 mile range vs the Ioniq5N's 221 miles... that 10-80% comparison isn't apples-to-apples. Or record up to 3.1 sec There were cases. Of course, it's the vehicle's own program It's not measured, We're going to measure it with separate measuring instruments It's a shame. And IONIQ5N is Although the output is 640 hp, The maximum specifications of the Korean-made battery and Through modern self-coordination Even in the current state, it's 800 to 900 hp You can raise it to the level, The 0-100km arrival speed is not 3.4sec, 3.0sec. or 2.8, or up to 2.6 without further development or modification There's a platform that you can change as much as you want Batteries and program skills I have it. But this is a mass production car for the general public suitable for everyone to enjoy It's a figure set at the level. In fact, in Korea, through IONIQ5N Starting this year, it's a classification of motorsport events It's going to be newly established, In line with that, the exterior parts for aerodynamics and Change the wheels, tires, sports bucket seats, etc, To prevent accidents, roll gauges inside I'll install a new one, The rest of the basic performances are mass-produced cars Even though we maintained our performance and specifications They showed a completely different level of performance There is, In Korea, IONIQ5 is already It's facelifted and sold, The battery is reinforced further, Average mileage of more than 30 miles There's been a lot of changes, increasing, etc, It's been over a year since IONIQ5N was sold We're getting ready for a facelift soon, There are many different types of derivatives For example, a carbon wheel or a racing steering wheel, More specialized sports bucket seats, Aeroparts and rear spoiler wings Sports parts will go on sale soon, too.

That noise mode might be the dumbest feature on any car ever. Looks like a great car otherwise. Hyundai is the leader in EVs
@williamgechtman92879 ай бұрын
That noise mode, coupled with the artificial gearing, lets you know your entry speed coming into the corner and when you should hit the brakes without visual cues, as you would be able to in a gasoline car. If a car is good at disguising it speed, you don't know where that braking point is without paying attention. If you have the sound and you know what gear you're in, you know roughly how fast you are going without looking; you can pay attention to all the other aspects of driving as quickly as you can. Ultimately, we may be able to judge that speed just by looking, subconsciously, but that is a learned skill. With sound and gearing, you do not have to pay as much mental or visual attention to your speed. It's not *just* a gimmick, it's also a gimmick.

Well ofcourse it cheaper. Worst braking as it do not possess the new tech used for advanced regenerative breaking on the i5N, much smaller space with less legroom and less comfy ride, The stellar tesla build quality ( sarcasm ) and less utility space. Ofcourse a small sedan will be cheaper than a small SUV when you add all of this on top.
@Areku068 ай бұрын
@@zadarblack You have no idea what you’re talking about, first model 3 performance weights 800lbs+ less, power to weight ratio is about the same. It’s has better range, better tech that works, it’s more comfortable, new highland model 3 Performance rides better a according (Jason from carmudgeon show), makes m3 almost irrelevant which is benchmark for ride quality and handling. It has adaptive suspension, track brakes, track mode, no gimmicky sounds. The best of all, Tesla supercharging is available at most tracks, at least in California. Also build quality is on par with bmw/Mercedes now at least on new model 3. Tesla is only EV that didn’t have any recalls on batteries unlike Hyundai and most brands that use LG batteries made in Korea. Tesla makes their batteries in the gigafactory. I have a model 3 prefaclift with almost 100k miles and it has no melted plastics like my bmw, still have 90% of brakes, just needed tires. Many model 3 long range models are doing 200-400k miles on original battery and brakes. I have yet to see any other EV last that long.
@zadarblack8 ай бұрын
not everyone in California. My ioniq 6 has over 340 miles range at -30 celcius (-22f) my friend models 3 long range loose over 40% of it range so its garbage and end up way under 180 miles ranges. (My car loose about 15% only) Stop the delusion.
@Areku068 ай бұрын
@@zadarblack first gen model 3s did lose more range but newer once have more efficient heater. Model 3 still best in class bar none, for $40-50k nothing comes close, it’s the truth. Ioniq 5 is too big imo, it’s like a model Y, but even heavier, plus charging it on non Tesla network is horrible, I love to travel. 99% up time on Tesla chargers can’t be beat.

The fake noise and styling will need to be its selling point. It has a large battery but can only manage 250mi. It has great horsepower but it's immense weight still makes it slower than the Model 3 Performance. And the Hyundai price is way over their rivals. Maybe fake noise is exactly the selling point all the others have missed?
