Ramadan is not just about starving yourself it is about making yourself close to allah by avoiding anything which is bad. It is fasting for every part of our body.we cant see something bad or say something bad and cant go to bad places and should not even think bad. Lets change our life with this Ramadan (in sha allah)

I feel giving break for one month from workout and diet . just concentrate on namaz and reading Quran in this holy month. just keep yourself well hydrated before and after fasting. it is good for your body to give a break one month in a year. it will give you good results after you restart.

Guruman sir , ramzan me work out ki zarurat hi nahi hi, kyun ke Islam me rozedar ko saara din Karne wale activities bahuth hi jisse her insan ko work out hojayega, aur taraveeh hi ki namaz Jo 1:50 min raheti hi, ek baar taravih pardlo malum padega, aur Muslim ko roza physical aur mentally strong kardega, ramzan ka makhsad Allah se khareeb hona , avoid all diet palns be close to Allah In ramadan, love you all, especially guruman sir he is my inspiration, Saari dunia Garmi se haar gayi aur Garmi rozedaar se haar gayi 💪

superb information as before videos.... dear sir i am doing workout since 8 months and up to my vision i have made my bicep,shoulder,triceps,back and chest muscles ,I am doing workout only for one parts of body wither it may be triceps,shoulder for almost one and half hour and so on but i want to hear from you dear sir should i do for two parts of body in one day ?????? because some of my friends told me to do to things in one day!! No need to do exercises during ramadhan. Because In ramadhan muslim people practices ( padhna ) namaz for about 1.5hour at night in which his whole body get trained . 😊

Dear Guru Mann, Muslims have to wake up at night time 2-3 hours before sunrise to have their first meal before fasting, fasting continues till sunset then they have their meal again.

Nabeel Sheraz so in that case have some green tea or lemon in the morning before you begin your fast so this won't disrupt your interittent fasting schedule and then have a huge meal after the fasting ends. 50% fat, 40% protein, 10% carbs
